PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: Are you working harder and longer than ever before, dealing with multiple projects and priorities, and struggling to keep up with increasing demands? Most professionals in these challenging times are! If you feel stressed because the only exercise you have time for is dodging deadlines and jumping to conclusions, it’s time to learn (or re-learn) the basic strategies and proven techniques that can help you regain balance, achieve your goals, and be more productive. If you’re doing more and enjoying it less (and who isn’t struggling with this kind of stress today?), it’s time to make real choices about how, when, and where to spend your time.
